🤝 By accepting our services you are agreeing to the following -


● 🔓 Allowing safe access into and out of the yard. We must have access from the exterior of the home. If the gate is locked or we are otherwise unable to access the yard on the day of service we will knock, and then attempt to contact you via phone or text. If we can’t reach you we will have to continue on to the next house and, if paying in bulk, it’ll result in being charged even though work cannot be performed. We will resume on the following scheduled service day and scoop double doody. If paying per scoop and we are regularly unable to access the yard on service days it may result in a service fee for time and mileage or a change in service frequency.

● 🐶 Confining your pet: We love dogs but we currently don’t allow them in the yard while we scoop for the safety of both your pup(s) & our Scoopers. Often even friendly dogs can react if people enter their yard without their owner & we’d absolutely hate for any dog to try and bolt as we enter with our equipment in hand. If for any reason your Scooper feels it unsafe to enter the yard with a loose dog, they will knock and try to contact you to secure the dog inside. If we are unable to get ahold of you, your yard will be skipped and we will scoop double doody the following week.

● 💩 Types of waste we will remove are solid, dry normal waste. We will not remove soft, wet, mushy or diarrhea type stool or waste that has been ground down and dried in place.

● 👁️ Extra Eyes, Extra Care: While we’re out doing our doody, our Scoopers keep an eye out for anything unusual in your dog’s waste — things like odd colors, textures, or foreign objects. If we spot something that seems off, we’ll snap a picture for you and let you know. However, we’re not veterinarians, and we can’t guarantee that we’ll notice or identify every potential issue.

● 🍂 Area to be Serviced must be free of tall grass, weeds, leaves, and debris. Although we will make every effort to make your yard clean, our scoopers understandably cannot clean what they cannot see. If the area to be serviced has excessive grass, tall weeds, or leaves, some waste may inevitably be left. If our team feels the visibility of waste in your yard may be a concern, we will notify you in your Scoop Summary. Any missed doody will be collected when possible once the area has been cleared.

● 🌳 Obstacles: While we will clean all areas of your yard that your pups can access to do their business, such as grass, gravel, dirt, around flowers, shrubs, and kids play equipment, there are a few that out of safety for our staff we don’t clean. We will not wade through weeds or grass taller than shin height, crawl under trampolines, super low or possibly dangerous looking tree branches, or other hard to reach/unsafe areas that pose a safety issue for our staff. We will not climb over fences to reach areas to be cleaned. That said, our rake handles are extendable, so there aren’t many places we can’t reach!

● ⛈️ Inclement Weather, especially rain, happens from time to time here in the beautiful PNW! While we will make every effort to scoop your yard despite the weather, heavy rain, excessive heat, or other extreme weather events may be hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup and require us to delay service. In such an event, we will notify you and every effort will be made to make up for the skipped day as soon as possible. However, in some cases, it may not happen until your next service day due to scheduling demands. No refunds or credits will be issued for skipped or missed days due to weather as we will be scooping double doody on our next visit.

● ✂️ Grass Cutting is recommended to be done the day after scooping. We may not be able to pick up waste that has been ground into the grass by riding lawn mower tires and other maintenance machinery. If you mow the grass in the days just before we come to scoop, we cannot be responsible for squished waste left in the yard.

● 💳 Billing: Payments are processed automatically to the card on file through our secure system. Billing charges are based on location, the number of dogs, size of yard, and number of weekly visits, and you’ll receive your invoice via email or text.

● ⚠️Declined Card on File/No Payment: If the card on file is declined or payment is not received service will be interrupted until payment is made. Should several scheduled service days lapse before payment is made, an Initial Cleanup fee may be charged upon return depending on the amount of waste that has accumulated. If any visits were performed before interruption, payment for past due amount will be due in full in addition to regular service charges before services may resume.

● ⏯️ Temporarily suspending service: If for any reason your dog(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e., vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not need upcoming scheduled visit(s), you must notify us in writing at least 24 hours prior to your next scoop to skip or temporarily suspend service.

Doody Snatchers assumes no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets, lost pets, or other properties.

Prices and Promotions: Promotions are subject to change at any time. On the rare occurrence of changes to service prices, we will notify you at least one (1) month prior to any changes.

Either party may terminate service. To terminate service, please notify us a minimum of 24 hours prior to your next visit if paying per visit and one week prior to your next billing cycle if paying in bulk. Remaining Scoops that cycle will be performed, refunds or credits may not be issued for partial months if needing to discontinue immediately (i.e. moving, etc).

Holidays: We are closed on all major observed holidays to give our team time off to spend with their loved ones (including Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, and Juneteenth) and there will be no service provided. If your normal service day falls on a holiday, we will do our best to schedule you in as close to that day as possible, however we may not get there until the following week. Credits will not be issued for bulk payments as we will be scooping double doody upon return. Should you have plans such as a party or hosting family for a holiday that you require services prior to and would otherwise be rescheduled, please let us know at least one week in advance of the holiday and we will do our best to fit you into a route the day or so before the holiday.

Scheduling/Optimization disclaimer: With regards to time frames, we’re unable to provide or pinpoint what time we’ll be arriving at your home. We work like other waste services similar to a garbage route, which gets optimized nightly for efficiency to keep prices and our footprint down, and can simply provide a service day. As far as requesting specific service days, we will do our best to accommodate special requests, but routes are based on service area and we may not be able to send a Scooper to your part of town on the requested day. If we are able to accommodate the request, there may be a small gas/mileage fee applied to your invoices to offset the cost and footprint of the extra drive time.

By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities. You give Doody Snatchers and its representatives permission to enter your premises to perform services and bill your credit card for services rendered.
