💩 Kick back, relax, & enjoy your yard! Your dog’s poop is our problem now.
On Scoop Day:
- Your Scooper will text you 15-45 min before their arrival.
- They will meticulously scan your yard for doody in a grid pattern, finishing with a few diagonal passes as they make their way back to the gate.
- Once all the doody is collected they will knot the bag & toss it in your trash bin (unless getting Haul-Away).
- They will snap a picture of your secure gate and any suspicious doody.
- Before hopping in the car they will sanitize their shoes and equipment with a kennel grade trifectant.
- You’ll then receive a completion text and a post Scoop Summary with the photo of your locked gate!
-
Nope! As long as we can access your yard through a side gate, you don't need to be home. We'll send you a "Doody Eviction Notice" text 30-60 min before we arrive, so you always know when your yard is about to get freshened up.
-
Not exactly! Unlike cow manure, dog waste is highly acidic and loaded with bacteria that can actually harm your lawn and pollute waterways when it rains. Regular poop scooping keeps your grass healthier, your pets and family safer, and helps protect the environment.
-
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our routing, which is similar to a garbage pickup, and wanting to be as efficient as possible we cannot accommodate preferred Scoop days.
-
No, much like garbage collection our routes are optimized each night for efficiency and drive time to keep costs low and our footprint small. While we can’t guarantee exact arrival windows or specific Scoop times, we will send a reminder text the morning of service day as well as a 30-60 minute heads-up text so you know it's doody eviction time!
-
Billing is simple and stress-free! Your card on file will be automatically charged on the 1st of the month. We pre-bill for a 4.33-week cycle (the average number of weeks in a month, based on 52 wk/yr) so you’ll always know what to expect.
-
Pet safety is always top dog around here. We’re fully insured and bonded, so you’re covered if anything unexpected happens. Every visit, we secure your gate and snap a photo so you know it’s locked tight. We also sanitize our tools and shoes after each yard to stop germs in their tracks. Plus, our Scoopers are trained to spot anything unusual in your dog’s waste and will let you know if something seems off!
And while we understand it might be a little inconvenient to keep the pup(s) inside while we scoop, it's just like landscapers and other home services; it is ultimately for your pup's safety! We want to minimize the risk of runners and protective behavior as much as possible and we greatly appreciate your help and understanding.
-
While we love dogs, for the safety of your pups and our Scoopers, we kindly request they be secured inside while we're scooping. Even friendly dogs can be protective of people entering their yards, especially if you aren't home. And we ESPECIALLY don’t want to have any runners sneak past us as we enter with our gear in hand!
You'll get a text 30-60 minutes ahead of our arrival so you'll know exactly when we'll be there, not a 3 hour window that holds up half your day.
If we arrive for your scheduled service and have any concerns about any dogs in the yard, we will try to contact you to secure them so we can enter safely. If we are unable to reach you, service will be skipped and we'll scoop double doody the following service day.
-
We get it — Oregon’s beauty comes with a little rain. We don’t mind getting damp, but heavy rain, excessive heat, or other extreme conditions might cause us to reschedule for everyone's safety. If that happens, we’ll either shift you to the next clear day or double scoop on your next visit. You’ll always get a text or email to keep you in the loop.
-
Life happens! If you need to skip a visit, no problem, just let us know at least 48 hours in advance. That month's billing won't be affected as we'll be scooping double doody next visit.
If you need to put a total pause on services, remaining scoops will be performed and you'll be taken off the schedule beginning the following month. Should you wish to later resume services an Initial Scoop may apply in order to resume regular services.
-
Yes! Unless you tell us otherwise, we'll carefully scan and scoop anywhere your dog does their business. Including your entire accessible yard area, in gravel or mulch, around shrubs, decks, and play structures. If you have separated side yards or a front area you'd like scooped in addition to the backyard, please include that in your inquiry.
There are a few that out of safety for our Scoopers we don’t clean – We won’t crawl under trampolines, duck under super low or sketchy-looking tree branches, or go into tight, hard-to-reach areas that could be unsafe. We also don’t climb over fences to get to parts of the yard. That said, our rake handles are extendable, so there aren't many places we can't reach!
We guarantee a pawsitive experience and services that you love - total yard peace or your poop back. Ok, not really your poop back, but you get the idea. If something doesn't meet your expectations we'll make it right - no crap.
